I ordered My 2023 Maverick hybrid on 09-19-22 and have checked on it at least once a month, sometimes four times a month. Today when I called Ford Customer Service I was put on hold twice then they finally came back and said they couldn't find my order but they would give me a gift card for my trouble.. They said I needed to call my dealer, I called the dealer and they said they hadn't canceled it. My dealer said they had all of the paper work on my truck and it should still be on order. They are calling Ford and will let me know something today. Why would Ford cancel my order?
