Online Chat. Ford's website is glitchy, and I found that the Chat button would not appear most of the time when I used Chrome as my browser. I could always get it with Dissenter, a different browser. No rail # available according to chat. They were still seeing Nogales transfer as the latest. Maybe I'll check with them again later in the week.

Turn off pop-up blocking for Ford.com.
My blocking is all off on Ford.com, but still no Chat button was ever there. The tracker, when I was using it, would give me the Capcha test about 1/3rd of the time. I'm glad it is all over for me...just trying to help @billbillw. Sounds like he found Chat from his latest post.

yes the online tracker site is buggy at best I FREQUENTLY get this:

I gotcha. Yeah, the tracker site only works on my work computer, weirdly enough. I can't get it to react at all on my home PC or smartphone.

I was able to get my railcar number through chat this morning and tracked it via the CSX automated phone system. It left someplace in Kansas (Turon?) this morning! Its definitely making its way toward Georgia.

EDIT: Just thinking, it probably had to go up to Kansas to drop off all the Long-McArthur orders for Tim and the Gang.

Took delivery of my 2023 XLT...ONLY 594 days...dealer didn't add anything and held the price...was able to apply the 2022 credit at the time of purchase; traded in my 2014 Mustang convertible. so it really knocked down the price...trip home (over 30 miles) shows MPG as 38.5.

Dumb question...

On Monday when I called Ford customer service, the rep said he couldn't see the railcar#, but that the latest status was in WALJCT (or WAL JCT?), IL, with an estimated delivery date of 5/29-6/4.

Yesterday, the chat rep wasn't able to give me any location info, but I was finally able to get a railcar number - TTGX 952698. I followed the instructions from page 1 of this post, calling Norfolk Southern, and entering "8849" for TTGX, and then the numeric portion. The response was "no tracing info".

I then tried the CSX number, and got a status of the car being empty on 3/29, so obviously that's some older trip by the same railcar.

I was just wondering - is it truly 8849 for TTGX? Or would it be 88499 (because the X is the second character on the 9 key - dating myself to the old way we had to text on numeric-only cell phones...)
