I stopped by my local Ford Dealer. I noticed some significant warping on all four tires. The manager alleged, that due my driving it was my fault.

the evidence is sustained from the manager interpretation of the cause. There were no calibrated tools or measurements taken. Just some photos with an iPhone. It’s been three business days, and no response yet.

anyone else seen this before?

thank you for the reply guys. The rep accused me of running over potholes and offered no other explanation or theory. Like I said it’s on all four tires, I just wanted to make sure it was safe to drive on. Thank you all

I busted tires for 10 years...nothing to be concerned with. You see that through all sizes and ply. More noticeable on 4 ply tires.

I’ve seen this to throughout my Life. I believe it’s from the banding on a stack of new unused tires for shipment and storage.

but I’ve been wrong before. Never seen a failure correlated with it other than it looks like shit.

And here I thought Dueces was the only one putting down that kind of power!

I hope the worst is not in the works. It seems to me that some Mavericks have some faults. Thus probably due to growing pains and the attempt to get out as many vehicles without any significant quality control? IMHO

Mine is like that too. Normal.
All eight of mine are like that. One set has 189 miles on them been back to dealer once because I needed cup of coffee after HF stop and to grocery 3-4 times plus three "exercise all drive mode trips". I am absolutely guessing that the new robot manufacturing procedure balances the tire while it still soft BUT ONLY THE TIRE GOD KNOWS FOR SURE.
Edit: hey maybe they are working on making the tires with a pocket on inside to handle the new coming TPMS mounted on inside of tire and not on rim and some of the outside weight had to be moved to inside? I can hardly wait until I can see remaining tread on each tire on my dash!

Sidewall undulations are vertical, meaning they make a straight line across the sidewall, from the bead to the tread. They develop naturally because of the internal architecture of your radial tires. Sidewall undulations will not compromise the performance of your tire. They are only a cosmetic tire characteristic-quote from Tirerack.

(if there are protrusions of the sidewalls, not indentation as yours, then there may be issues with the radial cords).
