After a 375 days waiting my dealer has informed me that Ford cannot fill all the orders for 2023 and i will only get my truck if I’m lucky and may have to order a 2024.

Your dealer is being honest with you, it seems. If you read much here, you know that there are more 2023 orders than Ford plans to build.

I don't see how they can miss the mark on an EB. Production may take until October, but more than enough to fill orders. Hybrids won't get built, but we should be okay.

The good news is you'll have a much better idea if you are schedule or not by the time the order banks open (projected mid july). So if you have not been scheduled yet, you be able to order a my24.

Since you ordered an EB, likely it is that your dealer has used up all allocations. Ford can build more EB than ordered, not the same for Hybrid. But if your dealer is telling you that you might not get your EB, it is likely your dealer lacks the allocation for the Ford Maverick.

Spoke to my salesperson last weekend and she said they've had a couple non-allocated orders picked up in the last month or two. That's the boat I'm in so there's still a chance. We've already agreed to enter a new order as soon as the banks open though. And she said I'd be allocated for this go around. I knew what I was getting into with the 2023 order though. We got our order in minutes before the banks closed for 2023.

I think you have a bad dealer. If yours was a no VIN 2022 order originally, did they work with you to re-enter a 2023 order with their highest priority on the order? Ecoboost was under ordered and all should get built...unless your dealer screwed up, or has poor allocations.

The dealer can't lose in this situation. If you order 24, but the 23 gets built you will take one of them unless you end up buying both.
Regardless chances are the dealer will have customer order they can sell. Probably at a markup.

I have ordered in April 2022 and again in September 2022 and all I get is from the dealer is we are waiting for a vin# from Ford. If I have to order again I will make a second order with a different dealer. That way I have double the chance of getting a Truck.

Ordering wasn't open in April.

I know there aren’t allowing rollovers but I would ask your dealer to set you at the highest priority code they can.
