You didn't happen to see a cactus grey maverick come in while you were there? Glad to hear it went smoothly.

The only other Cactus Gray Mav I noticed on the lot (other than mine) was a Tremor with a big yellow "SOLD" sign in the windshield. My guess is they sold a canceled order, but that's purely speculation.

I''ve moved to the "In Production" stage with a build date of April 17. I'm a little over 15 months since my original order date. With gas prices now at $3.79 a gallon, I'm glad I held out for a hybrid.

My buddy who ordered his a week after mine just got the email from Chapman yesterday that his has been delivered to the dealership.

Quick question for all the Chapman owners who receved their order in 2023. My buddy is going Saturday to pick up his Maverick. Chapman has no transition/rebate code/certificate for his $2,750. They gave him a ford number to call. He did this and Ford said the dealer is being lazy and they need to get the code.

I keep reading here that Chapman is great to work with...what gives? Obviously, he is quite frustrated.

Did anyone else have an issure getting their rebate certificate? If so, how did you finally receive it?

He orginally ordered his hybrid in November 2021 with a reorder in September 2022.

Here are some of my experiences to date on my order and hopefully they are somewhat helpful to everyone

• My schedule build week ended up moving up to March 9th
• Not sure if I got an email but Ford tracker showed in Production on 3/9
• It took a few days and I got a shipped email on 3/13 but Ford tracker showed it built on 3/9 and shipped on 3/11 with estimated delivery between 3/29 to 4/4.
• After a few days (3/15), I tried to get rail car number from Ford Chat
  • Last Friday I asked Ashlie if she had it because I was getting nervous it may have been on the train that got derailed in KY but she didn't have it either
  • Finally got it today via Ford Chat after 4 other attempts

I will post hopefully in two weeks about what happened at pickup.

Part II

• Truck stayed around the Chicago area for a few days before the NS tracking system showed some movement.
• It took over a week to cross PA, I was checking it everyday/hour and trying my hardest to understand the NS tracker's pronunciation of the town/rail yard it was in and then finding it on there map.
• In fact, it made for a family game as I played the tracker's audio and getting everyone to give their option on what it said. Most of the time we couldn't match the name to any stop in PA.
• Arrived in Delaware off-ramp April 3rd.
• Started off inactive in the United Road site , then went to pending pickup after a few days, then went to canceled after a day.
• At this point I had no visibility on tracking, I tried asking Ashlie and Ford Chat but all I got was the same info as Ford tracking
• Got an email from Ashlie Tuesday evening that my truck arrived
• Not much happened yesterday, was informed that Matthew would handle my sale but he was out that day.
• Got a call from Matt and will be picking up my Mav on Saturday.
  • They honored my original 3% off deal, Ford private offer and farmer's discount.
  • BTW Ford tracker still shows my truck in transit

Hope this helps with expectations as you wait for your trucks.

You have to get the certificate from Ford. It doesn't matter which Farm Bureau it came from. Mine will be from Illinois and I live in Florida and buying in PA.

Ugh I've been playing the figure-out-wtf-they're-saying game as well! The computer enunciation is awful but Google sorted out a lot of the names by me typing it out phonetically. The last tricky one was yesterday when it passed Ashtabula, OH. It sounded like "Estebulio" to me and my wife!

I don't like hearing that it took over a week for yours to cross PA, but I expected it to be slow due to all the mountains. Mine's been sitting in Conway, PA (super easy to understand!) since 6:19 this morning. We're both off next Friday so that would be perfect to pick up but it sounds unlikely given your route.

Great news for me as well. I was scheduled for the week of 6/12. I got my farm bureau signed up and paid for as well from the Illinois Farm Bureau. Hoping to pick it up around 7/4. That would be nice, but probably it won't come till the middle/end of July if it doesn't get moved up.

Awesome news! The three unscheduled folks left in our list haven't logged into the site in months, so I'm assuming they may have moved on, cancelled their orders, etc. Really happy for everyone here!
