Don Sweger at Mike Fitzpatrick Ford of Newnan Georgia was fantastic.

There was clear communication of what the price would be and why. No silly markups or taked on dealer installed options. The price was exactly what he quoted (updated for the changes that Ford made ex. the cargo discount).

I paid MSRP with the Farm Bureau rebate.

If I am in the market for a new or certified used vehicle, that will be my first stop in my search.

Perfect. The form submission adds you to one tab in the sheet. I use this response to update the master tracking sheet. This prevents duplication on the master sheet while allowing multiple submissions for a specific dealership. I added a column to the master sheet to indicate the number or recommendations (and warnings if applicable).

Cypress Coast in Seaside, CA was good. Ordered October 2021, rolled over to 2023 and got it March 2 for the 2022 MSRP. Overall good experience.

Here's a service department recommendation.

Sheehy Ford of Springfield, specifically Tina or Aimee. They have been my main go to service reps since 2014 when I got my Focus. They work with me, keep me up to date, and also keep it transparent with me on service needs. It sucks I moved and can't use them anymore, fortunately Sheehy Richmond has been a good stopgap, just a bit of a drive from where I live now.

Sheehy Ford of Springfield's sales department seems to be fine. I never ordered a Maverick from them, but the sales guy I had was good to work with when I had to replace my Focus that had died. They kind of dropped the ball on my brother's potential purchase, but I'll see how it goes in the next year when my folks get their next vehicle.

Leif Johnson Ford in Austin Texas is our dealer. Not only are they an honest dealer, we bought our Maverick completely online and they delivered our new Maverick and "digital contracts" to our home. We even saw they did this crazy SEMA Maverick - Here is their video -

The salesman that took the order in Sept 2022 was no longer with Aaron Ford. The intake sales guy stalled me until a manager came--Jose Rodrigus(the Kelley Blue Book Buying Manager) This guy said they have a 15k markup above MSRP on all Maverick orders. My order was a phone order, I only gave them my DL and the specs of my order (no contract). I am not sure what happened because I was so pissed. I posted on Twitter with a few hashtags, called Ford Customer Service...they linked me to marketing. I camped out on the showroom floor for an hour making calls. Ford said they could not do anything! I ask for the GM and got some other manager that said I could have my special order for MSRP. They did give me the BS markup sheet and make me sign it? They said that I had to do this to show it was "presented to me"? None of this was fun, I never want to go through that again.

Yeah, scratch them off of the list for sure...that's BS!!

I had a good experience with Kendall Ford Meridian Idaho. No deposit, no mark up, straight forward deal. Paid price on original order sheet. They even called to see how I was enjoying the truck a month after the sell.
