New TSB for braking issue -- TSB 23-2059 (brakes grabbing removed)

I'm going to take my hybrid back to the dealer with this new TSP printed out. The service department failed to correct the problem last time because "all the software is already up to date".

The brake grabbing on my truck is exceptionally bad. What can I tell them to get them to fix the issue? Truck was built Mar or Apr 2022, so it certainly qualifies.

I was planning on getting the software update soon for the issue with hybrid braking at low speeds. The earlier TSB did not require a error code being thrown (as I understood it). It looks like this one does. So what happens if i have this issue but no error code? Am I missing something?

Thanks for posting this for easy printing. When I brought my 22 Mav into a local dealership in late Summer 2022, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. I guess the service techs weren't wrong if they were looking for hardware issues.

FWIW 23-2059 that you quoted there isn't for the brakes, but rather an EGR fault code. 23-2060 is the brake TSB.

Anyone in the NY/NJ/CT area get this done? Rather bring it to a dealership that has dealt with it before as I rather work with experienced dealership, than the one near me has a bunch of incompetent and lazy techs/service managers
