I also have my Z-Plan pricing in writing and signed by myself and the sales manager. $400 "paint protection package" is dumb...but I don't care enough to argue.

Hello fellow Minnesotan! I stopped at AutoNation prior to the September banks opening and decided not to order with them. Not because there was anything "bad" but because our extended family has purchased from Hayford Ford in Cambridge for years and AN didn't impress me enough to "win" me even though it's much closer to my home. (EDIT: Well...I also leaned towards Hayford again as it's family owned vs Corporate...had AN still been Tousley, I may have reconsidered)

Do they have any markups or packages? Hayford is making me to a $400 paint protection package which I'm not thrilled with, but it's something they've done for years and have taken care of us in the past with minor nicks and scratches so I figured I wouldn't fight with them. Nice on the Jan 5! I got Feb 6.

• Time email was received (include time zone!)
• Your scheduled build week
• (If you have it) the serial number part of your VIN.. XX out the last 2 digits if you like
• 🛻 All relevant build info (e.g., velocity blue hybrid lariat lux + all weather mats)
• Your region, if comfortable (e.g., southern California or even Los Angeles, CA)
• Your original order date
• Dealer (e.g., Long McArthur Ford, Salina KS)

As far as I know, it is AutoNation's policy to never do any markups and only sell at MRSP. I think there's someone else on here who bought from them and got it at MRSP.

Last time I got chat, they game me the clean, unscheduled plus the above. It's the same status.

The day I was there (mid-August I think?) they had a blue XLT waiting for the customer to pick it up. They allowed me to open the doors and peek in but not sit in it, which is understandable. I wouldn't want randos sitting in mine when it arrives either. I did take a look at the paperwork they had sitting in it and I didn't see anything other than the normal fees.

Yea it seems a little slow.

I called yesterday to add an option, my dealers says I'm in preview from Ford I can't make the change. So after more than a year I think this might be the day finally. But no email so far.

I wondering if they are late sending emails out today. Not much action so far especially if they are scheduling for February too. Checked Ford chat nothing. But said I was priority 13. Thought the dealer put me at 19.
