Mine told me the same, but in reality they never changed my priority code to 10. It's still at 99 and now I've missed the January scheduling.My dealer told me that they did what they were supposed to do for my rollover and that the ball was in FMC court. So I wait. He said my VIN will change, but I just looked at Ford.com and I see that my order and old VIN are still showing as "ordered" and chat representatives are not available because they are assisting other customers. I'm from Oct 29, 2021 and I also am very, very tired of waiting.

Pretty similar boat, my friend /:Ordered 10/1/21. 14 months today and no email. Chat says unscheduled-clean. Cold comfort indeed.
