Yes, they should! But it is possible that a few conversions didn't happen with the rest? Or your dealer didn't pay attention and deal with the duplicate order numbers correctly.
That's my fear. I called them to make there was not a duplicate number and they reassured me there wasn't. Any suggestions on what to do next, I'm at a loss

My dealer said I have a 23 entered into the system and it still shows the lux package with all the trimmings from last year. Is this because I will need to go in and change to the new lux package when they open for changes?

They should contact their sale/regional rep to see why the transition didn't happen.

(Or look harder.... I half-think that they really didn't even look for the 23 order for you.....should be really easy....just look for the 2023 Mavericks with 99 priority code!)

Some dealers are just beyond having to do ANY work...or understanding that some of us actually know as much or more than they do, thanks to folks like you and Tim.

just my luck the guy in the dealership that deals with WBDO is out for the rest of the day and nobody else in the dealership is willing to change the PC

I don't think that there is a way you can call the dealership's rep.

Ford chat might be able to look and see if there is a 23 order in the system for you though.

BTW the "look harder" was directed at the dealership, and not you! I read it back and it seemed rather ambiguous as to what I meant!

I can confirm that. I am able to change 99 to 10 and submit as well now.
My dealer just told me he can now see my order, and no changes were needed. This will be the umpteenth time I have to remind him I want changes, and since I have a Lux Lariat order, changes DO need to be made. Incometence reigns!
