Using eco mode I was able to get over 500 miles on one tank. I'm so happy 😁 That's with combined City & highway. One day is 22 miles to work and back home. That equals 1 month of back and forth 😳 to get that mileage I was easy on the gas pedal. And coasted to stops when I could. Not sure how many times I'll be able to do it again. Because I'm normally not easy on the pedal 🏁 plus Winter is coming and I probably won't get as good of gas mileage. Loving my Maverick πŸ’™

I'm impressed with your mileage almost as much as I am jealous of your fuel prices! Though I gas up about once every 6 weeks... so it's manageable :)

Same. I put gas in my Saturn last week and said, "welp, that's it for this year..." It was $3.19 for 87 at the time thought I put 93 in the vehicles I don't drive as often.

$3.19 seems like a distant memory! Saw $4.19 here yesterday and that seemed to be the lowest around. Working from home has soooo many benefits!

I'm in Wisconsin. I've seen gas prices go up And I was thinking I don't have to fuel up yet. Hopefully it goes down, And then gas prices started to drop down again. Right before I had to get gas. Now with winter starting in Wisconsin, gas mileage will suffer from the cold.

That's great. Now I just need to get my Maverick and enjoy that 30+ mpg. My Escalade EXT gets 11mpg and uses non ethanol since its parked more than being driven. My daily driver 01 4runner 4x4 gets 14 on a good day.

When I first got my Maverick I wasn't getting the gas mileage I am now. I think the engine needs to break in for at least 1,000 to 2,000 miles and then it starts going up. At first I think I was averaging around 26 MPG. But I wasn't driving in Eco mode and I was heavier on my foot. I came from a 2001 Ford ranger with a 4.0 V6 I was getting around 19. MPG. Anything over 25 mpg I'm happy with.
