I think 12/19 is just a "place" where you get sent to be processed.

That may have been the rumor, but Ford Customer Service just told me I got bumped to January 9, 2023.

Okay. Similar except I kept the SIBL and dropped the 360. Ordered 10/22/21.

You say "no VIN assigned" ... did they specifically say there was no VIN on the order? You had a 2022 VIN previously, correct?

Gotcha appreciate it. I don't have a garage so I'd definitely have to get a detailer.

I just got my Maverick this past Tuesday, and don't have a garage. So I asked a neighbor if I could borrow his for two days, and he said 'ok'! First day I removed the dealer applied stuff and then did a layer of ceramic coat. Had to let is sit for 24 hours in garage, (can't allow moisture on surface for first 24 hours), then next day applied second layer of ceramic coating. My truck looks GREAT! Same as yours, Lariat Velocity Blue. Good Luck!

I have a Jan 09 date too. Got it from chat a few minutes ago. Was the Dec 19/death date. They still have my old VIN

That would be my guess as well. They can’t have scheduled the canceled 22’s yet because no one from Ford has explained to the dealers how they are going to be handled.

They changed mine to Jan 9. I dropped all my extras. Just a plain old xlt now. Why couldn’t they schedule and build it?

Correct. I had a 22 VIN, asked about this order and she said no VIN assigned.

Looks great! Have a garage but have daughters, son, wifes and my stuff in there. Hoping to pile enough stuff to be able to let the ceramic stuff dry. Not enough room to apply it and hope mostly shading would be ok. Can't do since having the truck with rain and then temperatures falling to freezing and 28 degrees. Hope my comes close to as good as yours. Bought R1 coating at the end of January as never imagined it would be a year to have my Maverick.

Yes there are still plenty of us. I has two orders placed in October. One was scheduled and then canceled. The other one never got anything
