Do you know the costs of getting ceramic? I'm sure it'd be a good idea after reading about some paint issues and damn my paint is pretty lol
DIY if you have a garage there are several "user friendly" ones that are a bit forgiving but are like a 1-2 year, probably under $150 for all prep stuff, plus ceramic and your time.
I recommend a detailer for getting someone to do it, shop around, and look for people with lots of pictures of their work. Facebook should have quite a few in your area, and once you search for them you will start getting target ads. My local detailer I am probably looking at $600 for a 1 year or $800-$900 for a 3 year.
Keep in mind, this will not prevent paint chips, just protect against stuff like bird shit and bugs, and make it easier to wash off.

It just keeps getting crazier. Got off the phone with the General Manager at my dealership, since my salesman didnt know anything. seems I have been scheduled for the week of 1/9/23. I about fell of my chair. Now he is going to find out how to change the color from VB to Atlas Blue and get back with me. What a change, finally talked to someone who could answer my questions.

So, while my order was pushed to a December build date, and I've heard *nothing* about that from my dealer - I did get this email
I'm not even sure what to do with this. I guess I'm going to email them and ask about the status of my order.

That would be my guess as well. They can’t have scheduled the canceled 22’s yet because no one from Ford has explained to the dealers how they are going to be handled.
