Most problems can be solved with time or money or some combination of the two. Save the most money by ordering the MY23. Spend the most money buying one on hand used or new. For the price differences why not get a good running beater car, order a new one, sell the beater car for about what you paid for it when the truck arrives.

The listing says it has keyless start! I don’t think so, if it’s not a Lariat it certainly doesn’t.

Edit: And would I pay that price? Sure I actually did, for a brand new loaded Lariat Lux, FX4, 4K.

They paid me $34,500 for it and the MSRP (what I paid) was $22,575 as it was an absolute base XL Ecoboost FWD with zero options. I'm sure they sold it for more than what this place is asking for that XLT.

Would I pay it? Of course not.

It was super easy. Got about $2,500 more than Carvana offered. Also auctioned off our Genesis G70 there in July and got $4,000 more than anywhere else.

Yeah, as was said before, someone will buy it!
However, I believe the days of +10K used mavericks are on the way out!
Ford dealers are now being "forced" to move Mavericks, and other Fords, in order to secure allocations!
No allocations = no scheduling of that dealers' maverick orders! Even the worst dealers will figure this out in a hurry and start making big sales the goal, instead of big profits per transaction!
I have a pre-order in for a 23' Maverick when the order banks open. But I think there's a good chance of my getting an MSRP Maverick that fits my needs sooner by scoring an unclaimed or stock one that comes in at at a local dealership!

You've talked to that dealer and they're actually willing to sell it for MSRP or less? Because online postings aren't formal offers for sale. Oh and it's a retail order so it's really unlikely to be available.
