Just got this email from Ford. I was originally scheduled for week of 6/13, then pushed back a few times. I’ve had the week of 8/1 for a month or so now. Maybe since they emailed me it will actually get built the first week of August

I received exact same email. I have known about 8/1 build week for a while as well. Looks like we might be get built at the same time. Good luck!

Originally scheduled 6/6, 6/13, 6/27, 7/25, now 8/1. Seriously hoping this is the one! A little hopeful since it's only one week push instead of a month....

Got the same email, and checked with chat yesterday and they have tentatively assigned 8/5 as an actual scheduled build day. Like everyone scheduled that week has said, I hope we all get built!

So confusing, and redundant, and consistent…all rolled into one email.

Opened an email from FoMoCo yesterday, thinking “uh oh, another delay”, because the heading said ‘The production date for your vehicle has changed’.

What’s weird is the date listed for the change, 8-1, is the SAME date that’s been in effect for the past 4 weeks, when I received the most recent Date Change email.

Nice to be receiving emails, nice that there’s no change in the stated date, odd that it states there’s a change when none exists. I’d like to think this email is evidence of FoMoCo tilling the field to prepare for planting this Lariat.

New target ‘Drive Off the Dealer’s Lot’ date within the family (the 7th, and counting) is October 1. No one is taking the under…

Sounds like yours went from "build week of Aug 1" to "build date of Aug 1". Congrats!

I was just pointing out what I’ve observed… they did indeed send corresponding emails each time it was changed, and actual build dates with those changes…. The aug. 1st…. Never assigned a build date until my email was sent. Again, just my observation.

Called Ford Marketing today and was told that my Oct 23rd order would most likely be a MY23. They also clarified the difference between Aug 2nd and Aug 15th for me. Aug 2nd is when your dealer is supposed to convert your MY22 order to a MY23 order (it does not happen 'automatically'). Aug 15th is when Ford opens up for new Maverick orders.

The guy told me if the dealer does not get my MY22 order converted to a MY23 order before Aug 15th, it will be treated as a new order by Ford and I will loose my MY22 production priority over new orders.

I, for one, will be contacting my dealer well ahead of Aug 2nd to make sure they understand about the significance of Aug 2nd and to make sure the MY22 order is converted on that day. . ..

Does anyone know when SCHEDULING starts for the MY 2023? will it be the week after they end scheduling MY 22 so sometime in august or September? or will it be late September before they start scheduling builds?
