I get my truck In about 2 weeks. 42 miles away and can’t stop thinking about what I want to do with it. I am getting 3D prints made for fits. But what does everyone use that massive cubbie spot for? I was looking into buying something for that to be my phone holder.

Disguised it with what appears to the casual viewer as another vent opening, painted to complement the interior colors. Since the grid material is metal, can stick anything with a magnet to it if choose to, and the fit is so snug there's next to no chance of it falling out. Or alternatively can make use of the holes as a holder for pens, pencils, chopsticks and such like.

I purchases the 3D printed cubbie insert box and ball mount on Etsy from RefinedTruck. Love the box but when I mounted my iPhone XR in a holder to the ball mount it vibrated out and came falling to the center console; I then added a 3M command strip to the bottom of the box and although better still came loose. I then gave the phone holder to my wife and swapped the ball mount for the carabiner loop. Not sure how the other phone holder options work.
For me, the phone holder just didn't seem necessary and I now just plug it in and lay my phone in the phone spot.

No, I found the cubbie box is a great place to store anything from Carmex, receipts, big box store cards or gift cards.. Anything for quick access that you don't want cluttering your open center console trays and not have to dig into the main center console void. I have a small LED flashlight in there, Carmex, and the whistle i use as a coach.

Hey,I used etsy.com Typed in Ford Maverick 2022 cubby space and up popped a number of very nice options. What I really liked were the color options(finally some for Lariat trim).
