@theway-yay-ting Just wanted to thank you for all your tracking efforts, doing the "dirty work" of constantly nagging Ashlie! I feel it's much better to have a centralized contact reaching out instead of a constant bombardment of calls from each person who ordered.

I'm probably one of their last hybrid orders before the books closed, so I've accepted that receiving my truck this calendar year will be a welcome surprise, but I still drop in on this thread weekly to check the score.
I really wish I had more to report! We should start a "CY23 Mav Club", LOL

I second that, thanks for the leg work - we do appreciate your efforts.

And if it makes you feel better I expect my truck next year as well even though I ordered in mid-August (name a constraint, I'm sure I have it but being a priority 2 Horsham claims the Regional won't work with us)...

Thanks for the kind words - I didn't see yours listed in this thread, so be sure to put it in there. On the one hand, kind of depressing to see so many Jun/Jul/Aug orders identical to mine that are also still waiting, but at least it helps us all manage our expectations.

Darn, I thought I added it. I'll do that now..

As the other members say, I also appreciate @theway-yay-ting's work. Now, we already have some customers or members. Shall we send an email to Ford to consider our situation and request? If we are together, I think Ford won't ignore our voice. English is not my native language. If someone can create a letter, I will be there.

I appreciate the kind words, but I don't think an email to Ford will change anything. It's unfortunate that many buyers have waited so long for their order to even be scheduled. In the end, the combination of the wild popularity of the truck, Ford's incorrect projections on hybrid vs. EB (as well as which trim packages would be most popular with buyers), and the continuing global supply chain challenges have resulted in the delays.

Eventually, we'll get our vehicles. Until then, I'll try to keep guessing when... :ROFLMAO:

Can you clarify what you mean about your line about being priority 2?

I suspect the meaning was Regional won’t let them change from a 2 to a 10 in order to drop some of the constraints (and then change it back to 2 afterward)?

Did you see my post in the other thread? Horsham told me my priority code was 10 but Ford says it is 16. Not sure that matters.

But my identical build with Ed @ Philly is a priority 2.
I did see your post in the other thread, seems odd for sure. I wondered if there was a similar mismatch on my priority code, which was 10 on the DORA they sent me back when I signed the order in Oct. I just got off the phone with Ford, and he told me (as expected) mine is still "In order processing" and "unscheduled clean", but when I asked him about the priority code he said he didn't have access to that in the system.

I mentioned that several folks I knew of had been able to get the priority code from Ford chat/phone, and he said that they used to be able to see it but it was somehow getting abused so they took it away, and that the dealer was the only one who could change it or even see the value.

I don't think my priority code is going to make much difference either way, since I am a late and highly constrained order. From the other thread that @chuckles is maintaining, I know that there are at least 10 identical (Hyb/XLT Lux/360) orders ahead of me, and that is only counting the folks here on MTC who responded, representing about 20% of the unscheduled hybrid orders.

I'm still betting you are very close to getting a build date, based on the Lariat Lux package and the fact that the ones in front of you (at least within our small sample) are now all scheduled.

Yup, that's what I mean. So the question is am I better off dropping the hard rollup cover and going to a priority 10 (or whatever) or am I better staying at a priority 2 with the bed cover?

I also have Lux & 360 which I will not drop...

The hard tonneau is constrained at 2-3%, much worse than either Lux or 360. If it were me I’d drop it, but it’s unfortunate that it sounds like they won’t be able to get the region to move it back to Priority 2 after the drop. @fordvideoguy made it sound like that part was pretty easy, (just a request from dealer to region) but maybe his regional manager is easier to deal with than ours?

I believe he mentioned they are moving all Jun-Oct orders to Priority 2 anyway, so maybe even if you got moved to 10 you’d still get moved back?

Very easy, all Zone Reps are sending them to the scheduler. They return them to 2 with no problems.

So, here's a good one... When I spoke to Ford Customer Service this past Monday morning, the rep I spoke to told me that I'd have to call my Dealer to get my Priority Code, and the code would tell me how many Maverick Orders are in front of me. I said that's a new one. He was adamant that he knew what he was taking about. He said if my PC is a 4 then there are 3 other orders before mine. I told him that isn't even close to reality, but he just kept talking and talking. I could barely get a word in. Needless to say, his post-call survey didn't go well for him. When I stopped by to see @Dealerinsider on March 11, 2022, I spoke with Steve who told me my order is a Priority Code 2, but, sheeeessh... it's now late May. @Ford Motor Company HELP!!!!!!!! By the way, I just celebrated my 11-month Order date Anniversary yesterday!! WooHoo!!

I just heard from Ashlie today that my priority code is a 16, so at least you're ahead of me! :ROFLMAO:

I'm a little bummed because it was a 10 when I signed the DORA, but it's good to hear that at least an early order like yours has a good number.

Curious, did Ashlie proactively reach out to you, or respond to your inquiry?

I really haven’t heard anything since my ordering week in mid-January...
