For those who took delivery and have owned the truck for quite a while, and regrets on the trims, options, and packages you chose?

None whatsoever. Would have been happy with fewer frills and gewgaws but a super basic stripped down to bare minimum build was not an option.

I did ONE step up to XLT trim (had never seen XL interior in person). I wanted cruise, alloy wheels and power mirrors. Only XLT option was hitch for 100.00 (a bargain). I use cruise a lot. Took 97 days got it Dec 15th. No regrets on what I got or didn't get.

The Truck Bed Tool Box (drivers side) is in the way of the Truck Bed outlet, Bed Light and needs moved everytime you need to take off the soft folded Bed Cover. It has to go! I remove the Cover to Bed Mount my Mountain Bike frequently. Bike always wins. The Box gotta go.

I would have saved the money on the “full sized spare” option. Otherwise it’s been good. I wish I could open the sliding window from the front seat though…

Wife refuses to drive a car without cruise control, I virtually never use it and don't care. Also, we get a separate set of snow wheels and tires so we wouldn't have paid extra for the alloys. If it was just up to me, would have probably saved a few $ and just got an XL hybrid (with spray-in and hitch), but we both really like the XLT interior.

Only 3 add ons wanted. Backup sensors, cooled seats and home link.
I've had cars no seat belts, no power steering or brakes. No Air conditioning. No tinted windows.
Thank you No, kinda like many of the new doo dads.

I did add the rear speaker for awesome sound on what ever AM station I could find.

Have to agree with @Brian_J I could have done without the ‘full sized’ spare.

Other than that no regrets , No should’ve , could‘ve or would’ves.

Mines a basic setup. I'm glad I have XLT: cruise is a must and I didn't want to mess with aftermarket. Nice rims are a bonus.

I like the in cab inverter. Bonus USB chargers.

The hitch is a no brainier, IMO. $100.... It's not a constraint... Why not?!?

The air deflectors aren't for everyone, but since I bought a used car that happened to have them, I'll always want them. I can always crack windows and not worry about getting interior wet. Important in Texas, IMO.

I wish I had floor mats, but they were a constraint.... I've ordered them and will get them when I get them.

I already had SIBL applied aftermarket. No regrets there.

Sometimes I wonder about CP360, but when with backup cam, I prefer using my mirrors and turning my head. 🤷‍♂️

So, for me, that's my list and I don't have regrets. I like my truck .

Edit: I adjusted my seat 2-3 times. It wasn't hard and I don't mess with it anymore. Don't feel like I'd get my money's worth out of power seats... Oh, and heated steering wheel...🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nah... Not where I live.

No regrets going all on a lariat luxury. All the tech and creature comforts are great. And the more up-to-date it is, the longer I'll keep it
This is actually what I kinda wanna hear. I have both XLT and Lariat on order and I have been going back and forth between the two on which I'm going to keep.

I hear the Lariat us not worth it because it's the same build quality as the lower trims. But I'm so use to the creature comforts the Lariat brings to the table and anything else I might regret later.

Happy with the trim and packages...wish i had gotten sunroof and/or rear window.

XLT w/luxury and 360
XLT only gets the manual rear window which I think would be annoying having to ask someone to open and close it for you or you going to the back seat and doing it yourself.
There's also a chance you might forget to close it before leaving the truck.

The XLT Lux should have a more defined ammenities like push button, DRL, Proximity key, Passenger automatic seat, wireless apple car play

The Lariat Lux should include ventilated seats, better interior, bigger screen, moonrood if not, panoramic moonroof, better back up camera quality (maybe 360), 60/40 split.

And before we hear "oh but it's a 20k truck" well it's not when you add packages. And those features are already available on a Nissan Rogue I have.

People are buying top trim Lariat. Why not offer more competitive features? Yes it will be close to 40k but at least you would have a chance to buy it at MSRP versus a bare XL also selling close to 40k due to ADM

I understand. I wanted to order an xl hybrid. However, my wife just happened to be with me and no cruise was not an option. And now I have a lariat hybrid on order.
