The full lane centering is really really good on the Maverick. The truck basically drives itself on the highway.
Lane keep assist, which you're describing, is really just there as a backup in case you drift inadvertently. It's not supposed to really be in charge of steering

Not sure what time were reading. This brochure for the 2022s has a pretty clear footnote that 1500lbs is only for a specific configuration, and that max payload varies...
Mine leaks some at the tailgate end. I've tried to do a lot of sealing in that area, with little success, so I've pretty much given up on that. Some water will get in in heavy storms. Not a lot, your stuff will stay dry unless it's right up against the tailgate.
Pretty good cover, and I don't...
I wouldn't be concerned. This is hardly a "big" firm - they have three whole attorneys. And nothing on their website indicates they handle class actions. I highly doubt they know more about Mavericks than anyone else.
Much more likely, they just spam out these scary letters to everyone who...
The ActiveX seats are quite grippy. And after a year plus of ownership, I can confidently say that they're perfectly comfortable temperature-wise. They heat up and cool down quickly. Much better than cloth seats that are just going to get stained and full of nasty crap after a couple years IMO...
Yo-yoing between 50 and 70 on the highway just seems dangerous, (rightfully) infuriating to anyone stuck behind you, and a good way to get pulled over because you're driving like you're drunk
Yes yes, herp derp, technology bad.
In reality, adaptive cruise and lane centering are blessings on long highway trips. Really cuts down on fatigue and makes driving safer
They're illegal federally. That trumps state law.

I have the smallest/cheapest noco (haven't had to actually use it). Since you're not actually having to turn over a starter, you should be able to get by with the minimum amount of amperage I'd think
Devil's advocate but I can kind of understand safelights position. They don't to be left holding the bag if it doesn't fit for some reason.
Would you be willing to pay for the piece of glass or a restocking/return shopping fee if it didn't fit?
Fyi, I went through a couple mx4's (replaced under warranty) and all leaked pretty badly - like the panel seams leaked water. They eventually replaced it with the revolver, which seems to be doing better though I haven't had it too long. Great customer service, but not super impressed with the...
