I have tried both 18003923673 and 18003344375 and the prompts are totally different. I can't figure out how to ask about my order. Thanks in advance if someone knows the answer

Pretty sure I called the second number last week before I got scheduled. Best I remember, it was pretty straight forward. Seems like I selected an option for order info then selected the right option for 2022 Maverick and it got me to someone. They couldn’t tell me anything other than that my order had been received and was processing. Couldn’t even see my selected build options.

Yeah, same for me last week, but now it's voice prompts and I haven't discovered how to get back to the same endpoint

ok, I think you say "build status" and then "Ford Maverick" - they are indeed closed, but just wanted to make sure I could get there. I tried order status at first, and that was not recognized.

YES. Called the 800-392-3673 last night (8/14) and was on hold for 1 jour 15 minutes. The lady who answered dealt with Bronco's.

So you are correct. Regardless of me telling the robot, MAVERICK he gave me Bronco. But she could help me. Useless information, but she helped. I didn't rate the call very high after the conversation during the survey.

Called tonite after work and was almost ready to freak out. The CSR could not find our order even with all the right order codes. She could find us but not the order. Seems she accidently put a number in a field that screwed up the search. Cleared the field and viola our order magically appeared. Whew! almost had a heart attack.

The automated system asked why I was calling and when I said "Maverick" it transfered me to Marketing.
That’s correct. You want to speak with marketing.

I called the 4375 # yesterday selected Maverick waited about 15 minutes then had someone pick up that was totally helpful
