I have thus far contacted Ford Customer service line 4 times in the last three months and asked about the $100 coupon code emailed for having waited since October with no communications from Ford. They either tell me there are no coupons on my order or have no idea what I am talking about. How many times did it take for the rest of you?
Mind you, despite them confirming that I do have an order and that my email is on file, I have never receiving a single email from Ford, including an initial congratulations email on placing my order.
Further, today the Customer Service lady told me I do have a VIN assigned (I do not), and that my Maverick was scheduled for production. I took down the VIN she claimed I had, entered it into the order tracking website, and it is 100% not my truck. I ordered velocity blue, hybrid, with the luxury package. This was carbonized gray, ecoboost, AWD, 4k towing package, placed in January.
It was fun getting that 120 seconds of adrenaline, at least.
