Number of times to call Customer Service before getting coupon

I have thus far contacted Ford Customer service line 4 times in the last three months and asked about the $100 coupon code emailed for having waited since October with no communications from Ford. They either tell me there are no coupons on my order or have no idea what I am talking about. How many times did it take for the rest of you?

Mind you, despite them confirming that I do have an order and that my email is on file, I have never receiving a single email from Ford, including an initial congratulations email on placing my order.

Further, today the Customer Service lady told me I do have a VIN assigned (I do not), and that my Maverick was scheduled for production. I took down the VIN she claimed I had, entered it into the order tracking website, and it is 100% not my truck. I ordered velocity blue, hybrid, with the luxury package. This was carbonized gray, ecoboost, AWD, 4k towing package, placed in January.

It was fun getting that 120 seconds of adrenaline, at least.

I'd call them back. I have a late Dec order and got a vin. Others ordered in Jan also have vins. Perhaps they just gave you the wrong number.

i was given a vin awhile back, entered it in and it was not my truck. called back and they told me it was a glitch. i still didn't buy it and called back a week later. they said i didn't actually have a vin and gave me a coupon. still not scheduled.

Thanks for reminding. I got the $100 gift card in June and forgot about it. Got on the website and placed an order for a Bronco backpack and a Maverick water bottle (hope it fits in the front door, LOL), for $99.98 with free shipping. (y)

Me being the cheap b....... that I am I ordered the Duffel Pack and a set of Car Coasters, got the $20 gift certificate for free, then applied my gift certificate. Paid just $4.48 for $104.48 of stuff and have a $20 gift card to spend!

Any luck with actually calling your dealership ?
Generally, I have been the one thoroughly educating my salesperson about the Maverick, be it the ordering process, memos that should have gone out to his dealership, the ever-shifting dates for order banks reopening, etc. He's a likeable enough fellow, and I do not hold his lack of information against him. Ford is just as responsible for the lack of guidance and clarity they are providing to their dealerships as they are to their order holders.

Tell him to watch Tim’s livestream. He watch the next day while sitting in the dealership with no cars sell. 😄

I got mine ($100 e-card) on the second call, the CS lady just offered me out of the blue, I didn't even know it was a thing. Unfortunately, it's only for merch., not Mav accessories.

But hey free money, so I got a couple cool things I would've otherwise never bought. 🤠

He has plenty of inventory on the lot. And all of them marked up thousands of dollars over MSRP.
