I agree. That was part of the rationale I used when I canceled my order just before Christmas last year. I ordered in July and still hadn't received a build date. Then I started to see all the threads about people having issues. So it was an easy decision for me.

No telling what you'll get and not get on your new truck. Do they reduce the price for the features you paid for not working or having an unknown get well date? Think I'd have to tell them to call me when my truck was 100%. God I'm glad I canceled my order back in December!!!

Just remember you DON'T have to pay for it. It is free. You just have to occasionally hit the button to say continue with free. You log in online and input your truck make, model, year, engine and photo if you want. Then when you download the app you login to your account and its all there.

Not sure I understand the post. What did they give you a private cash offer for? A truck you haven't received yet? Understand the $100 gift for late/no scheduling.
