Calling the main customer service number resulted in frustration. Called the marketing line and results were 100% better. The rep was able to see the order the dealer submitted so that was a relief. I was told that the reservation submitted by dealer will not show up within the Ford.com website so I can stopping looking. She did say the splash guards, metallic red paint, hard drop in bed liner, tow pkg on the fwd xl and xlt ,and rear cross bars were currently items that will cause delays.
