Ford Customer Service number for orders and build info?
Don't expect much from it. They give the same run around about constraints, check with your dealer, yeah, yeah. They should put their customer service staff on the production floor and the product out the door so that no one needs to call them.

I use the chat on their support site. They have always been pretty good, but if you are not in production yet, there's not much they can tell you.
I called the customer service number today. They told me that they have my order but it hasn’t been scheduled yet. Go figure. At least the lady I talked to was and polite and cheerful.

Excellent! Called Customer service for Maverick and they gave me a discount code. lol. Can't wait to see how much it is worth when I go in to pick up my Mav!
Here is an update on the coupon code. It is worthless for the Maverick. If I was buying a Bronco it would be worth some money. I got a coupon code because I went to an auto show this year.
