What is the ford customer number? How long did you wait to call them?

I called the main 1 800 number for Ford, had to be transferred after about 20 minutes, waited for another 15-20 minutes to be told they had no info on my Mav, other that it was in processing and they had no idea on the scheduling date.

Unfortunately that's all they ever give you so time better spent bugging your dealer for updates

I'm old but I thought i saw a page that said you could enter 3 things off your sales paper work and a computer would tell you everything.. Sorry thats all the grey matter remembers...
