Customer service gave me a private cash offer certificate number?

While on the phone with CS today checking to see if they had any additional info on why my truck hasn't shipped even though it has been built since 8/31, I was told I have a private cash offer certificate number and then was given an 11 digit number. Anybody know how much this is good for? Do I just give my dealer this number when my truck comes in, and does it work with the A/Z plan? She said I should have gotten something in the mail, but I didn't .

I have a PCO from back in May that was given to me when I called customer service to check on my status. $750.00 good until 1/23.
