I thought about calling Ford on Thursday when nobody was receiving scheduling emails, but I ended up not doing it. I guess I had learned not to be very optimistic.

To my surprise, my salesman called today with a VIN and 5/9 build date. He said he's been "checking every Monday" lol. He seemed to feel good about giving me the news, so maybe it was better than me calling to tell him last week. :)

It looks like delivery of my hybrid will be about 10 months from my 8/21 order date. Build details are in my signature.

Oh, and your dealer or Ford should be able to tell you your build date. It won't show up in the tracker. It did show up in the emails, but don't think those are coming anymore.
I was one of many who never got an email from Ford about a Maverick order. I had to do all the tracking of my XL myself. Ford Customer care and my salesperson were my sources.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for providing the advice regarding FMC chat. Looks like I have been scheduled for 09 May! So great to have something after 9 months of nothing. Hope everyone else can get theirs soon!

Hybrid Lariat Lux in carbonized gray with CP360 in San Diego. Ordered in July (I forget exactly when, but I provided license, etc.) but dealer apparently forgot to enter my email, so FMC shows a confirmation date in November. Not sure if that affected anything. My friend ordered at the same time from the same dealer (Penske Ford) and was confirmed right away. He got the same build date so it seems like the late confirmation didn't matter.

I ordered my Lariat 10/8/21. I got an email last week there was a problem/delay with production due to it being a Lariat. If I go down to XLT I can get sooner. I don't want an XLT. They said who knows when I will get it.

I was under the impression that you could not change trims. Interesting was this from Ford direct or your dealer.

I just got an email from my dealer, I've been scheduled for the week of May 9th!

Ordered at McrRee Ford Dickinson TX on June 18th.
Hybrid XLT Cyber Orange Co-pilot 360, sliding window, 400w inverter, trailer hitch, floor mats, drop in liner.

Drop in liner isn't showing on the order now that I have the vin number to look it up, but I can order to install myself later... I'm just so excited to finally be scheduled! Hoping it stays on track 😉

You need to call Ford or Chat to get an update - you may have been scheduled. Do NOT change trim levels you will go to the end of the line which means 2023 more than likely

Don't hold your breath. Oct Eco Boost XLT still no build order. This is part of the reason I'm seeing more and more empty vacant Ford dealerships around the country.
Keep your hopes up. I ordered my Maverick Eco Boost XLT on Oct 20th and it shipped on Mar 25th, on railcar now in Arizona, due to arrive Apr 9-15.

Hello everyone. I just checked my order through Ford chat, and it tuns out my maverick has been scheduled for production. I assume this is from last week, but I just checked today.

I originally ordered on August 7, 2021, from AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX

Maverick Hybrid Lariat Luxury package, co-pilot 360, carbonized grey, no add on's. Scheduled for production the week of May 9, 2022.

Build Date 5/9! I was never contacted by Ford or my sales rep. What a complete failure of communication on both of their parts. So frustrated by the process, but happy I have a build date!

They have never called me. I have called twice to inquire and they never could tell me anything, other than I wasn't scheduled. Couldn't tell me if my order had been previewed, if I was a Priority 2, noting. Worthless.

Mine never contacted me about the status of my order, either, before I got scheduled. (Seems they just knew very little.) But they did check to see if I was priority 2 when I asked and they handled changes I made to my order smoothly. Also, they called to offer a test drive when a Maverick demo came into the dealership. They at least made some effort at customer service.
