You have to add the truck manually by using the VIN. Wish it was automatic, but its not.
And you cant add it until you get a VIN, which you wont get until your are scheduled, so I am not sure why it is called Reservations and Orders...maybe that is only if you order directly from Ford, which you can't do on the Maverick, maybe you can with other vehicles.

I just got the message "All Ford Chat staff are assisting customers at this time, please try again later". Apparently we are blowing up their system. Maybe that will incentivize them to fix their email system....
Looks like they've disbled CHAT for now ... no button to initiate a CHAT anywhere on the Contact Us page. 😒

Isn't it strange that so many people are using the chat feature and finding that they have been scheduled, but haven't gotten any notification from Ford or their dealer. I guess I need to try that myself. My truck could be here tomorrow and I wouldn't have a clue.

Yes, it’s a system that was designed under the older ordering model. Other types of orders will show automatically.

As everyone seems to be calling since the e-mails are not being sent, and getting either good or no news on their order, I called this morning. The rep was able to tell me that they saw positive activity on my order - 8 notifications of changes to status. They said this would indicate that possibly constraints were being removed from my order.
Ultimately, they sent me an e-mail for a $100 e-card (gift card) for merchandise. They also gave me a Certificate number for a $750 rebate, which they said expires 4/4, but the dealer could call before 4/4 and get this extended.
Has anyone else had this happen?

I just received this text from my dealer about my XLT eco, area 51, luxury, 4k, 360

Morning Carrie. Hopefully, we just got some good news. The factory is doing a "sweep" on Monday to schedule builds for a bunch of retail units. Yours should be in that sweep.🤞

Chat told me yesterday that I was just Order Processing and not scheduled. But I checked with dealer and was. I noticed on the tracker page it still says order processing but if you scroll down the VIN and order info is there. Maybe my chat person didn't scroll. Either way, no emails. I have never gotten a ford confirmation email, fits email, or last weeks email. I do occasionally get a spam since I have a ford pass account. My order has my email listed correctly to.

On the bright side I also won't get the schedule delay or move up emails to drive me nuts. Just wait until there is movement on the tracker. Provided that works.

You know, I been sitting here reading all the messages. Then it dawn on me. If no mavericks were made last week ( if I am right no production) then there would be no emails. No production no messages. I am also looking for a notice.

I was curious so I signed up for a Ford Account. I didn't have one since I haven't owned a Ford before. One thing I noticed is that there is nothing under:
My Reservations, Orders and Purchases
Our records show you have no reservations, orders, or purchases.
Please visit our showroom for more vehicle options.

It seems like your order should show up here even if it isn't scheduled? Maybe not? If it should that is a bit concerning.
Known issue, and Ford has said Maverick will never show up under that section. Nothing to worry about. I spent some time freaking out about that in the weeks after I placed my order.

Called Ford yesterday about my Hybrid RR FE ordered in August. They had no production date or VIN. Yet, she told me there is some movement with my order. Now what does that mean?
That's the same truck I ordered 6/10. If they cant build one for June good luck for an Aug order.

I find something very odd. I ordered a fully loaded Maverick Lariat in the middle of October. Towards the end of February there was a lot of discussion here that the chances of getting that well equipped of a truck was going to be slim. Watching the Tim Bartz videos basically confirmed that I was not going to be selected. So, I decided I would order a Ranger. Going through the options I landed on a Lariat Tremor with the 501A package {basically the luxury package} and the tow package. Placed my order on Feb 25th. The odd thing is I have to believe that a fully loaded Ranger has just as many or even more constrained items than a fully loaded Maverick. The only difference between my builds was basically a sunroof on the Maverick so very similar in all of the other "bells and whistles" in the end. Got an email this morning that my Ranger is scheduled for production in May. Now, it could be that the Ranger does not have as high of a demand as the Maverick is experiencing but I do find it odd that it only took a month to have the Ranger scheduled and there are people that have been waiting for a Maverick for 9 months now. Sorry, not trying to upset people but just wanted to let this group know. I will say I actually found a Ranger Lariat Tremor on a lot earlier this month for under MSRP so I grabbed it the day I found it so I wont be taking delivery of either of my orders but I still find it upsetting that Ford doesn't appear to be shifting their heavily constrained parts {chips} to clearing out this Maverick mess. I will also say if anyone is bailing out on the Maverick, the Ranger so far has been a great option for me and it only took less than an hour to find one on a local lot that fit what I was looking for {although filling it up at the gas station is scary as hell - 18 gallon tank and averaging 19.7 mpg so far}.

If you check tracker (and it even works) or find out through Customer Service that you have a VIN# then your Maverick is soon to be built. Take a deep breath, because your vehicle will soon be in Production. Got our VIN on 12/15 and it was listed as In Production as of 12/16. Mind you, I heard the build date back on October 21st, and I know many of you are hanging on by a slender thread hoping for a build date. Hoping good things for you today!!

Don't forget that while waiting it helps to stand on one leg and wear a ginger wig. 🤷🏻‍♀️

And, yes, dealerships would have the information. You may need to ask them to check in with you each Friday, until yours is delivered. Worked for me. Once mine was In Production, my sales guy gave me a fresh Vehicle Visibility Report weekly, such that I could see at what phase was my build. That kept me from total insanity.

After 9 months and 5 days of waiting, our ride was delivered one week ago today. I assure you it's totally worth waiting for!! (But I still would spare everyone all the waiting.)
Damn I keep forgetting the ginger wig! That's why my production date keeps getting moved around! 🤣🤣
