Thanks for the up lift but it has been 10 months I just wonder if it will be another 10 months.
I notice your build: XLT with 360, no lux package. I have Lariat with 360, no lux package. It is beyond my comprehension why our vehicles with that combination are higher on the constraint list than trim models with lux and 360????????

They don't have 100k orders, their were 100k reservations but only about 50-60% actually converted to orders.
I based that off of multiple articles I found when I searched for the number sold, 🤷‍♂️, you know better than I do

One interesting tidbit from last night's YouTube live stream with @fordvideoguy was the number of Mavericks Ford intends to produce this month. Tim said it is 5,400 units, which is down from February and also down from a previously stated goal of 6,000.

As Tim noted in the video, if you assume roughly the same production level for the six months remaining in MY22, Ford will produce another 30,000-32,000 Mavericks before switching over to MY23 production.

Bottom line for guys like me who ordered in January: not optimistic about receiving a truck this year. Granted, none of us know exactly how many orders Ford has, but I have to believe the number was FAR in excess of 45,000-50,000, which looks like the total number of MY22 Mavericks Ford will produce.
When I ordered a Maverick in July for my Wife I thought nice, a cute, small truck I think she'll like. I had no idea it would be such a hot commodity and cause such consternation to us all. But she loves The Maverick and other then some crap milage at the moment (20.1 with 80 % highway at 2,000 miles) I think it seems like a good decision and I ordered it exactly how she wanted it and it was built for Her like yours will be built just for you.

Like I said, it would be a miracle if they surpassed 50k units sold.

My truck was built on Feb. 25 and the VIN is 43527 if that helps your count.
my truck is scheduled for April 25th & the vin # is 56910. That is only 13,383 more vehicles in 2 months time. That is if my gets built then.

If you figure 50k actual orders and 5-6k a month at full rate production and about 10 months at that rate it adds up. They might be able to ramp up toward the end of the run to catch up.

subtract the 23k confirmed already built and shipped from factory. It's not impossible they can get all MY22 orders filled by end of September.

Mine is also scheduled for the week of April 25th and the VIN is 63017. How could my VIN be more than 6000 vehicles past your's and still be built in the same week?

Those of us not scheduled should be more concerned at what May, June, and July productions numbers are expected to be. These March numbers were already accounted for when things were scheduled for March 6-8 weeks ago.

Not impossible, but improbable given the decline in production. I've not read or seen anything that indicates supply shortages will improve anytime soon. Ford has warned us of this, and they should know given the Bronco fiasco.

Did Ford ever publish the production numbers for February 2022?

I know the February sales numbers are here. But I haven't seen the production numbers.

(For reference, January production numbers are here, 2021 production numbers here.)

As a reminder, the 5400 number announced is for March scheduling allocations (for builds in May). A few months back, Tim had mentioned in one of his videos that the Feb & March production targets were in the ~6500 range.

Unfortunately (the pessimist in me says it's due to missing the target), when they announced monthly sales at the end of Feb (unlike previous months), they did not announce production totals.

We'll have to see if they announce anything about production output at the end of March...

On the bright side, Ford knows what they produced in Feb, and they are still choosing to schedule 5400 more for production in May, so perhaps that's a decent estimate based on parts availability and production capacity at this time.
