I called Ford using the toll-free number provided a short time ago. My January 27, 2022 order is in the system awaiting VIN assignment.

The rep also told me I have a PCO that expires 1/3/2023.

She gave me the PCO number and said I need to contact the dealer to get offer details. She was unable to get the amount or if it could be applied to the Maverick order.

I emailed my salesperson and have not received a reply.
PCO??

Ah, this was a program from last year. Hopefully Ford will do the same this year for everyone pushed to MY23. Last year thru offered $1,500 on Bronco Sport and $2,000 on EcoSport. So I don't see why they wouldn't include at least a modest incentive on the Maverick.

My August 23rd XLT Hybrid order was decontented to Co-Pilot360 + Rear Sliding Window + 110V/400W Outlet in Cab early in September and was scheduled on September 16th.

I took off everything that I could get aftermarket: Splash Guards, Bed Mat (no longer needed), Hard Drop-in Bedliner, Wheel Lock Nuts, All Weather Floor Mats

Your order still has Floor Mats which have been on/off the constrained list a few times. I took those off my order and purchased them from Ford Parts aftermarket. Why are those still on your order?

You also did not state who your dealer is as that really comes in play with allocations. I picked a mid-sized dealer in the DFW area and not one of those mega online dealers (Long McArthur, Granger) because I felt that ordering from those would have the result in my truck being delayed for a very long time which turned out to be true for those who ordered from them.

I learned on this site to also avoid small dealers for much the same reasons: little or no allocations.
I'll talk to Mac Haik in Georgetown (Austin area) about those mats. Thanks.
They seem to be a large enough dealership, affiliated with the Houston franchise I believe. My recollection was that mats were cleared quite some time ago and have not reappeared on the list, so I'm doubtful that's the true reason for this.

My bad. I just Googled it and didn't catch the date.

Just call Ford and have them confirm your order, it only takes a few minutes.
(800) 392-3673
The confirmation doesn't mean it will get built, but it tells you your order is in the system.
Done it 15 times.

This advice from Ford does not square with the analysis of production scheduling posted in another forum. They found the ratio of Lariat Lux scheduling to Lariat non-Lux so far this year is about 10:1 in favor of the Lux. So it seems like Ford Marketing does not know what Ford Manufacturing is doing. So to delete the Lux package from your Lariat trim, as Ford Marketing advises, would likely extend completion of your build 10x. And it would make practically no difference for XLT.

But my understanding is that 60 percent of Maverick orders are hybrids. So, they are 20 percent short on fulfilling those hybrid orders, right?
No idea if those numbers are right, but if they are, it's actually 33% short.

Hey Philemon, where in Da U.P. are you located. I'm in St. Ignace, ordered a Hybrid XLT late June. My dealer got a Mav last Friday. Their first. My patience is still strong. But I think "it's going to be a long, long time. (Elton John/Rocket Man). Saw him with my Wife 2/8. Say Ya to Da U.P., Eh!
Up in the Sault. Don't think they get a ton of allocation but my salesperson has been helpful and has removed all of the constrained items from my EB XLT FX4 order. Happy to see another yooper, I'll wave at you next time I cross the bridge!

That is not true, I do not have a build week, but was able to switch my order from a Hot Pepper XLT AWD 360 to a Gray XL AWD 360 just yesterday, maintaining the 10 priority. I hope that keeping the 360 doesn't penalize me, and that changing the level (XLT to XL) doesnt put me at the end of the line. But the order "was accepted" by Ford according to my salesman.
Didn’t you read the original letter. It said changing the trim level, e.g, XLT to XL, changes the order date so you move to the back of the line. Of course no salesman would know this detail.

Wondering this myself. I'm a late September First Edition order with no build date yet.
I'm a June 15th confirmation with no build date, dealer informed me yesterday that if I want my Maverick this year I have to drop Lux pac & 1st addition package! I told them let my order stand as deposit reflects and build my Maverick! They said it will probably be a my-23...

So I just went into my dealer because I have an XLT ordered from June 14th with the XLT luxury package as well as the co-pilot 360 and spray in bedliner I went in and had them remove the co-pilot 360 option but keeping everything else so I'm hoping that this will increase my chances of getting mine this year being that my order is so old. And I found out I have an order priority code of two so I'm hoping that that will make a huge difference as well
Order priority of 2 means it’s scheduled and so CANNOT be changed. Dealer should have told you.

Does NOT mean it is scheduled. Means Ford is previewing it for possible scheduling.
