As a July order from Dallas, this post makes me crazy. Still on the bench, even though I've supposedly been "P2" status since just before Thanksgiving.

Nope. I have a receipt from the deposit. And I've confirmed multiple times that they have the order. But I've never gotten one communication FROM Ford. Or my dealer, for that matter.

I ordered my hybrid XLT with Lux package and CoPilot 360 July 24 last year. I guess I'm just screwed? We really NEED a vehicle. Last I heard, I'm P2, but it's been that way for a while. I've never gotten a confirmation, not scheduled, nothing. I check in every couple of weeks, but...nothing. So...

Took two calls. Yesterday's call got dropped after an hour on hold. Today got through in about 20 minutes. Everything confirmed. Lady was super helpful and got my missing information added to the order. She even called my dealer and got them to bump my priority up a bit. Still not expecting it...

How do I do that?

So frustrating. Ordered my XLT Hybrid back in July. No confirmation email, nothing. I've called the dealership multiple times. All I'm told is "your order hasn't been picked up yet."
