I didn't think I would get an email today because I checked this morning with Ford Chat, still just a confirmation.

After @mlshirey reported he was order 13 out of 300 chances are I will be waiting a while (I don't know their allocation, I ordered mine from the same dealer as him but XLT Ecoboost). I assume I am not 300 but very close to the bottom and I don't know how many of those are hybrid orders. Basically it's a crap shoot but I'll keep waiting.

Nothing here. But, I wasn’t expecting anything since I ordered my XL hybrid with 360 and a hitch on September 20. It is interesting, yet disturbing, that there are still open June and July orders when they are building those that were ordered much later.

It's very much dealer based in combination with the allocation system.
We all know the RUSH occurred in June/July. Hybrids got a late start and with much higher numbers than expected and with a 40% constraint.

If one dealer got 25 orders in June and 25 orders in July, and another dealer got 2 in june and 4 in july, the second dealer will be on to August/Sept before the first gets out of June. I suspect that mirrors in exactly what we are seeing here. In some ways, you could say you chose the wrong dealer (of course you didn't know that at the time, and how could you?)

I ordered October 30. I don’t expect mine until at least May.—There are no more excuses for you June and July people. I don’t care what you ordered or what dealer. Ship out the cars to these people.

Those scheduled today are already May deliveries at the earliest. We will be into June for delivery soon.

Do you think your dealer is being punished with reduced allocations? Maybe Bronco shenaingans? Seems like they would be a high volume dealer being in such a large market. Unless Fords are just not popular in Tucson.

Well Jim Click Ford is one of the top 15 dealers in the country from what I read. However, I ordered from Holmes-Tuttle Ford, which is owned by Jim Click, but I think when it comes to allocations HT is viewed as a small dealership. I've asked how many orders are ahead of mine, got no answer. I've asked how many allocations for the month, he said 3! Lastly he said I was number 1 or 2 so in theory I should be scheduled this month, however he told me that 3 weeks ago.

Nothing for me, a July 5 order for a hybrid XLT. The dealer has no allocations left for February so the next opportunity is 3 weeks away -- another long wait.

Same for me, ordered on July 5th, XLT and no email either!

My day has come! Email received at 12:06pm, Eastern time.

Ordered August 31, 2021. Scheduled build date April 18, 2022. By the time it comes in, it'll be about 9 months, so I'm thinking I should have a baby-truck shower.

Hybrid Lariat Lux w/ moonroof, tow hitch, and floor liners. Cactus Grey gang.
Ordered from Grand Ledge Ford in Michigan.

Still nothing. Getting close to the 8 month mark. On the bright side, I'll have a helluva nice down payment for it when it arrives!

Outside of the normal money I have for the down payment, I've been putting away my expected monthly payment since I placed my order. At this point, I'll have 7 months of payments to add to my already setaside down payment. I guess that's a good consequence of "The Wait".

I found this forum today, did a quick scan of this thread, and am hoping not to get torn to shreds for posting something dumb

ordered 11/2/21 and got an email last week of an “updated” build week of 2/28. Am I the luckiest person alive, or are they toying with me and will continue to kick the date on down the road?

Nothing for me…..…. Order confirmed 6/14, XLT, lux pak (SIBL), sliding rear window, all weather floor mats, tailgate lock, soft roll up tonneau cover (removed)……

The SIBL is most likely holding up your order. Have you tried to change your build, drop the SIBL?

In the two months I have been watching (order and confirmation date December 13) I do not recall seeing a single Granger order reported here.

Somehow they got 0 allocations in January and 8 in February. Looks like we’re in for the long haul indeed.
