Not all reservations will translate to an order.

When you get an email from Ford, like the ones shown above confirming the order, does that order show up on the Ford.com website under your profile? I received a confirmation email from Ford on June 23. When I go to my profile on the website and click on the orders page it comes up no record of reservations or orders. I called Ford and they said that happens when no VIN is issued but that makes no sense since a reservation and order has nothing to do with a build which is (I assume) when the VIN is finally issued. Have others had their order show up on their profile page?

been same experience for me. Confirmation email but no build schedule email. VIN from my dealer and a screenshot of a portal showing a 9/13 build week. VIN loaded the truck into my account on Ford but nothing in the orders/reservations section. Way the system works and notifies people seems very scattershot.

I assume that despite my lack of scheduling email, etc. that this portal would be a good sign? Called Ford CRC today and they were nice but couldn’t really help much. Verified the VIN but just said it was in order processing. They also had some 20yr old email address of my wife’s tied to my account and I have no idea how that happened.

Interesting call....I just called on my order of 2 XL White Hybrids, gentleman was extremely helpful. Good news, said both orders in and was the earliest he had seen (placed the order on 6/7/21 with dealership). Dealer placed order with Ford on 6/11/2021. Bad news...young man said the hybrids probably would not go into production until December (I am assuming he is in the know?). I am sure there will be variations, but that was disappointment.

I ordered my Lariat hybrid truck on 6/21 and got the order confirmation email from Ford. A couple of weeks ago I got an email from Ford asking me to confirm my email address. I confirmed it hoping I would soon get a production email. No such luck.

Same thing for me except my dealer has not been helpful and i have not heard anything about a build date but im hoping i have either a 9/13 or 9/20 build date

I’m in the same boat. Only got the deposit paper work from my dealer, as well as my spec sheet.. don’t remember if she even asked me for my email. Guess a phone call will be due Monday morning.
