Ugh, hopefully it was actually ordered.
I had a similar problem with my dealer - After I gave them the deposit, I kept asking my salesman if the order had been transmitted to Ford, could not tell me so I stayed after him & after 12 days I finally received the email. The dealer waited 12 days to finally place the order. Received the email from Ford within a few minutes after it was officially entered. I need to find out why they waited so long. Not a happy camper for them waiting so long.

Is this true? I didn’t get an order email, just a scan of your the printout from the dealer.
Did anyone else get this or would
It be coming later?
You can ask your sales rep for it .. they can see on a status tape when it is serialized 😀 good luck

I’m in the same boat. Only got the deposit paper work from my dealer, as well as my spec sheet.. don’t remember if she even asked me for my email. Guess a phone call will be due Monday morning.

Just joined the forum. I am looking forward to the Maverick more so than any vehicle I have purchased in years. I have not owned a Ford in many years. Last Ford pickup was a Ranger back in the 90's.
I was happy to receive my order confirmation within an hour or two after leaving the dealership back on July 1st.
My dealer had initially mentioned a deposit but when actually placing the order said it was no longer necessary.

Can't wait until I get a VIN # and can track my truck!

Cheers
Alan

Typically, the goal of any car production line is about 1 per minute, but that's after a long time of ramping up. And I would assume at most 2 shifts here.

Clown math time - 1 per minute x 60 minutes x 8 hours production per shift x 2 shifts per day = 940 cars per day. Gonna take a long time to clear the backlog, and thats under normal conditions

For the many folks who have not received the "Confirmation" email from Ford, please check your Junk/Spam folder. My Outlook blocked all Ford emails before I "Permitted" them.
FYI, I called the dealer today to change my Order (remove spray in bed liner, etc..) but they said "Ford had pulled it to be built already and they couldn't change it". It is an XLT Hybrid but I have not received a VIN.

Just called the Ford CRC and had a long wait but the young lady was super and gave me my VIN. Way more info than I was able to get through the dealership. I have the VIN but it is not yet scheduled. Got signed up on the orders.Ford.com site and should now get all the alerts to track progress without messing with the dealer guys.
