Yes, by lowest I meant worst 😬 And I will be shocked if mine is ever built as a 22 if they are already stopping orders.
I think they stopped accepting new orders to give themselves ample time to produce the '22 Mavericks already ordered before it's time to start producing '23's.

We can only hope. Jim Farley has said their new strategy is to prioritize chips for more expensive vehicles. The Maverick, does not qualify as such.

Just like everything else in the last 2 years... a higher power is trying to teach an impatient world that many things are out of our hands.

I just pray to that higher power that my Mav will be an exception. 😉

Wow can't believe I didn't see this thread. If I ordered yesterday was there still any discount?

I have to say I got a great deal from the largest Ford Dealer in the US. They handled the sale of my truck ok, but they gave me unlimited amounts of Niagara water to drink while I was closing the deal.
Until recently Brandon Ford in Florida was advertising themselves as being the largest dealer in the US. Who unseated them?

Galpin Ford in Los Angeles... Although technically I think they lost that designation a few years ago.

I guess that would all depend on where you ordered from. Granger was still allowing $3K off msrp yesterday.

Am I crazy, or is it a long-shot that all 361 of these orders will be produced this year? That seems like a lot of trucks for any dealer, never mind a small one.
If I were to bet...I would take even odds any minute of the day that not all 361 will be produced. I might even give 2:1.

I guess we will have to wait and see. Ford shut the orders down because they knew they were running up against a hard number. They know how many that factory will build. I suppose the ones ordered at the tail end of MY2022 ordering on jan 27th may not get built. But I am betting they all will get built. I bet there was a mad rush on the 27th all over the country.

My Granger order says $3000 below MSRP...
How can they do that? The dealer I bought from would only give me a bottle of Niagara water. Oh I was wrong. I had 2 bottles of Niagara water. They told me if I want a brochure I would have to pay for it.
