I ordered one 2 weeks ago in a local dealer. And then I ordered one from Granger in the last minute. The Granger one was signed with paid deposit this morning. Then about 30 minutes later, I received an order confirmation email from Ford. Since my orders are identical and ford's confirmation email doesn't any reference to either orders, I'm wondering which order Ford confirmed to me.

In a related question, can I move the order from my local dealer to Granger and get the better Granger pricing if somehow the mentioned confirmation is for the order I put with my local dealer?

Orders can't be moved between dealers.

Did you get a confirmation from Ford at all once the order was placed with dealer #1? Granger is very prompt in their processing - from most instances and comments I've read, once they receive the deposit and signed agreement from the buyer, the Ford email comes shortly afterward. If you got a Ford email 30 minutes after completing your forms with Granger, highly likely the Ford confirmation is for that order. Granger can confirm.

Dealer #1 is probably just dragging their feet. Not uncommon unfortunately.

You're able to get this rebate 30 days after signing up I believe.

On your confirmation email, it should say the dealership you ordered from after Dear So and So,

FYI - 30 days language. I am out of luck as i am expecting delivery within 30 days so might not work for me to get membership right now. Unless someone knows a workaround.

BTW, I didn't hear anything from the first dealer. So I do know if it has done anything at all. Now with the prompt FORD confirmation of my order from Granger, I don't know where is my deposit with the first dealer.

You’re welcome. There is a good chance that the first dealership didn’t enter or misspelled your email address when they submitted it. Many people have posted that they never got the confirmation email. Unfortunately, it’s pretty common. Have you contacted ford customer service to ensure they have your email attached? Have you asked that dealership if they added your email?
