It takes them 3 days to get to an email. I bet snail mail isn't even on their radar right now.

I have sent them my initial email with my options, I havent heard anything back and that was yesterday.

I sent my original email middle of last week. I got one reply with an order sheet, then nothing after that. Zach replied yesterday (I forwarded him the email) that they would get me set up. Hopefully even if they close to new customers tonight those of us already in the "pipeline" will get orders placed.
