Really they are all over. It usually works through dispatch brokers. That run. several drivers. Some as a whole company, some as independents. They are all over. I usually just go with whatever one I can find thats fastest/cheapest.

Ford has made the Maverick 50 state emissions compliant so there are no emissions issues registering this vehicle in a different state. We have delivered vehicles to just about every state in the past 12 months without issue.

I'd skip the floor liners - they have historically been a constraint item and will likely delay a build date. You can order these easily yourself, no point delaying your build to add something you can obtain directly. Keep only options that are not something that can be done post-build (in your case I'd leave everything else as-is, including the FS spare!).

I was going to originally drive up from Texas and do a trade in. 12 hours each way, but my current daily driver is only worth maybe $875-$1000. Its a 2008 chevy HHR 5 speed wagon. It's full of hail damage, but has 4 new tires and cold A/C, I just did brakes, shocks and struts a few months back, I need to do lower control arm bushings to it because it's a little squirrelly. But honestly the insurance is $150 a year for liability on it, and the tag fees are $75 a year. Worth keeping around it if it's ever needed in a pinch. I will just fly up and drive back. I cant wait to get this party started.

I dont mind waiting a little longer. Honestly it gives me more time to work up a bit more cash to get my monthly payment down. I really wanted just the carpeted floor mats, but it seems the only way to get them is to order the carpeted mats with floor liners for $175 just to get the mats, or you can order just the liners themselves for $135. No option to get just the carpeted mats.

Granger is requiring $1000 deposit. So either a typo or bait and switch.

This is the reason they don't have the business of the others, in my opinion. There is zero reason for this type of nonrefundable deposit on a Maverick.

Chapman offered the same sort of deal 3-4% below invoice, no deposit required - got about 500 orders between the 2 locations. Long McArthur just sells at MSRP and had 500 orders, as well.

As much as I am certain I am going to take delivery of the Maverick, I am not "$1000 nonrefundable" certain.

Granger is probably a great dealer. This is a terrible policy and they're paying for it with limited allocations.

I hope that's not the case. I don't mind a $100 non refundable deposit. This way if "life happens" as it usually does in my world with kids and family, I can decline and i'm only out $100 on a vehicle they can probably sell off the lot the same day, but $1000 non refundable makes that more of a lock in.

Nope, it's $1000 so the original post is a typo. They replied to my email. So, no business from me. It's a good deal but a lot of this whole thing is just.. off. Why do they have less orders, thus less allocations than other dealers? I can think of 1,000 reasons.
