25/26 EcoBoost transmission fluid fill point

Do I remember reading somewhere that the redesigned engine compartment of the 25/26's allows access to the trans fill port, without having to move the air filer assembly out of the way?

Yes, the air box is relocated to more "in front" of the engine rather than directly over the transmission.

How silly to say no dipstick so it stays sealed. Hardly sealed!

That location is just begging for an aftermarket dipstick attachment. But I'm guessing nothing there actually goes down into the "pan"?

Why would you need a dipstick when you're going to replace the fluid every 30K anyway?

Still vented in the same place, but the rubber attachment is different. Better design for sure.
