I was a jr in high school when the bicentennial edition came out. Major drooling over it. Yours is a nice nod to our 250 birthday!

Was this something you made up or had made up? I've seen tons of decals and graphics for the Mavericks and this is definitely one of the best designs IMO

Thanks. Glad to hear so many positive comments. But the original version was in 1973 for The Olympics.

Great work dressing up an otherwise dull boring all white vehicle. I've seen numerous fleet vehicles (predominately all white) body wrapped or heavily modified, to become traveling billboards. YES, it too reminds me of some of the bi-centennial color packages that several of the big Three used for the model year 1976. Was a senior in high school and wanted one so bad back in the day.

If I remember correctly, and that is getting less likely everyday, they had a USA decal on the front fender of the Maverick and Mustang 2 but the same Sprint package accents as 72.

Well, that looks good. From the old Maverick? If I recall, they looked better than they drove. And, they had that six cylinder drone when the exhaust system got old.
My '24 XLT is a pleasure to drive. I wonder why they named our trucks after that car?
