They certainly could find other measures to cut costs and keep these legacy items on their engines. Was not thrilled years ago when auto tranny dipsticks went bye-bye! Another reason all of my vehicles were manual trannys.

I also vote "D" with the white light. Keep the housing recessed for a cleaner installation!

I've used heated seat kits from "Check Corporation" out of the Detroit Mich area. Installed a couple of them over the past 15 years. Great quality, Made in USA and they get HOT right away. Will be putting a set into my 1992 F-150 upon restoration

Fair enough. Wasn't sure how serious you were in getting rid of them. Between my son & I (two 2026 Maverick Lariat family) we'd just want a spare set of rims if the price was right. Possibly have a winter set mounted on them or just have on hand in the event one of the originals got damaged...
