I would definitely look elsewhere. I looked at dealers all over Oregon, Washington, and Idaho before I made my purchase. I was willing to make the several hour drive if it meant saving a few thousand dollars on BS add ons. I think the furthest dealer I checked was 450 miles away from me. I wound up finding one only about 200 miles away that wasn't going to nickel and dime me. Even if I went with the dealer that was 400+ miles away, I still would've come out ahead even after paying for gas on the return trip.

Calculate your OTD offer without including all that stuff. Heck, keep the $1695 or whatever “dealer prep” out of your OTD offer also.

They can take your OTD or let you leave. Your judgement comes into play - to make your OTD just barely possible for dealer to accept. Lots of homework to do!

Is that Greenway in Orlando? They're the closest Ford dealer to me, but I refuse to go there except for parts. They're such a ripoff place. One glance at the massive size of the dealership lets you know their overhead must be insanely high. They have to make up for that somehow.
