Yeah that's not good.
When I heard about the ROVP issue, I called Ford Marketing because I was concerned. My Salesman didn't know what it meant either.
After hours on hold and a couple of attempts to actually talk to one of the Maverick specialists on the marketing team, I got confirmation that my order was indeed placed. So I wouldn't worry about the ROVP scare. As long as you got the initial e-mail from Ford confirming your order, you should be fine. It's not good that you end up in Limbo between then and getting your build date e-mail, but you should be OK. I don't have the number for Marketing handy, but it's in another thread.

Will Ford be scheduling next week, Thanksgiving?
For the person asking about scheduling on Thanksgiving, that depends. The factory is in Mexico where Thanksgiving is a not a holiday, but a lot of direction comes from the other side of the border. Let's hope they just keep building them while we enjoy our turkey or other main course.

As there was no scheduling for Veterans Day a mostly US holiday I think it is safe to assume no scheduling on Thanksgiving as well.

I just contacted Ford and my order is still processing (just like every other time I have contacted them). I asked for an estimated time frame of when it might get built and she said there is no indication of a production date.

have a build date and not happy!

I ordered on 7/29 with deposit. Called salesman to add 360 mid August, I was told it had been added.
Went to the dealer this morning because my salesman wouldn't return my call. I spoke with the sales manager. The 360 wasn't added as I was told by the salesman. I got my deposit back, Malloy Ford in Alexandria, VA. is a huge disappointment and has lost my business unless they make this right. What a waste of time.

As mentioned previously. Get everything in writing!

Yea, we got one! What a great email! Many thanks to Ford. They did well considering the supply and shipping problems. We want those Mavericks, but they want us to have them also. We feel we are fortunate that we are getting ours as soon as we are. We truly hope yours comes sooner than you expect also. Anyway, here is the info that hopefully will be encouraging to you. Ordered 7-6-21. Scheduled 11-18-21 for 1-10-22 build date. Included vin # and notified next email will provide estimated delivery to dealer (Chapman Ford Scottsdale Az) and how to check continual status. We are getting XL hybrid, with hitch, spray in liner, spare tire, and floor mats, Velocity Blue. Our best to our fellow”WAIT sufferers” and sincere hopes for early scheduling for each and everyone of you. Looks like I will get my Maverick before I turn 90( for real). Our only WAIT time now is to see if Chapman will treat us well on our trade in. We’ll let you know😜

I never got an email but when I check the tracker I’m now showing in production, Although no ETAs are given. Is there any rough estimate on what to expect?
If hybrid the tracker will stay in production. Mine has since September 29. If eco could be a week or two.

Fingers crossed that we see a bunch more today. If not it gives me time to save for a bigger down payment.
I’m right there with you on the down payment. I owe a couple of years on my Tacoma so each month that passes, the less I owe, and the more equity I can apply to the Maverick. Hopefully the value of my Tacoma will remain steady over the next several months. The ordering process will allow me to get more money by selling directly vs. losing 2-3k on a trade. I just have to be patient.
