IJust bought (through Amazon) a rear wheel well protective plate for my 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid and at least one part doesn't fit. Part "C" is wrong. The hole that held the wiring harness is too high to match up to the bracket.

Update - it fits. Directions are very poor which made me (and at least one other on Amazon) thought it wouldn't work. Had to assemble the two plates and hold in place to see exactly where each bracket fit.

Am also concerned if this part doesn't fit, are there more parts that are wrong?

The doohickey is reversed. You gotta flip it and rotate a smidge to get it to work.
My thoughts exactly!
Also, the nearby thermoculator might need to be relocated so the plastic won't melt.

Yeah bad idea. There's a pending recall on the thermoculator and how in specific circumstances it will ignite the farocoupler, causing a rapid unplanned disassembly of the vehicle and everything within approximately a half mile.

That's why the rear camera's operation is so crucial. It's difficult to identify victims based on only their shadow remaining.

Okay randymeeker, under no circumstances should you remove the heat shield from the farocoupler, on account of what @oysterville posted above.

How do I do that with my rotary phone?
I know. I sometimes have problems doing that with my trim line phone.

I still don't believe the amount of members out there who take a picture on their phone and download it to a PC in order to post it on the forum.
I get it. Change is hard. I'm 70.

I don't like browsing a forum on a tiny phone screen. I have a desktop, so I use it.
