Ordered Hybrid XLT June 23rd with 360 pkg. and about all other upgrades. Omitted flip cover to speed up build.....still no build date!! A co-worker just picked up his new Bronco after waiting more than a year from his order date. Is this the best we can do as an American company??

I'm sure you're correct but that is what he told me. My brother is the salesman but his boss said it to me when he brought over the paper for me to sign.

The Hybrid has been constrained at 25-40% builds for the entirety of production. It was never intended to be the base vehicle.

I guess I'm not sure what "base vehicle" means.

• Does it mean the cheapest retail version of the vehicle? (That's what I always thought.)
• Or does it mean the version they think they will sell the most of?

I suppose Ford could have called the EcoBoost the base vehicle because they thought they would sell more of them. But then you would have a base vehicle that costs more than the... well... whatever you would call the cheaper version. That would be unexpected, I think.

Are you kidding tomorrow is 3 weeks of scheduling I'm almost sure about your truck being pulled into the assembly line, take into note we had 2 or 3 weeks of no build schedule so you can say you have been in waiting for 4 weeks ...... your truck will get scheduled to get build this week! Please post if you get urs I'm very curious now.

Call the dealer and look for a maverick sales agent

Call your dealer up and ask to be connected to a maverick order salesman , honestly just make them ur email buddy every week and ask if they can check ur order status instead of having to call them over and over again.

With Thursday getting closer I'm looking forward to seeing the flood of scheduling emails! Even though I'm guessing a February build date for mine, they can hurry the hell up and build the trucks for you guys in front me.
