2025 Maverick Order Confirmation Emails Are Out!

Just an FYI to others who have ordered a 2025 - I received my confirmation email from Ford directly this morning at 10:00 AM Eastern!

Ordered a 2025 XLT Hybrid AWD on August 2nd. Dealer confirmed the order from Ford on August 5th, but I hadn't received anything direct from Ford until today.

Appears to follow the same format as prior years as well - basically, "you'll hear from us in 45 days, or sooner if we schedule your order before then."

Is there any information available on any significance of the Order ID, in regards to build sequence? Mine starts with R, but have no idea what an R indicates compared to other starting letters in the OrderID.

The order ID is purely internal to your dealership and can follow many formats. Some dealers use the first initial of the salesperson, a number, then the last name initial of the salesperson. Some just go with sequential numbers to show which order was placed when, etc... All that being said, it means NOTHING for scheduling. Ford corporate does not look at the order numbers. The only weak correlation would be if the dealer does sequential numbering, and then a "low" order number should equate to an "early" order. But scheduling is not based on order date. It is based on allocations and order priority code. What is your priority code, and how does it compare to the priority codes of others at your same dealership?
