First real road trip will likely be 1100 miles round trip to Kennedy Space Center for the Artemis-1 launch. Then this summer I may take it cross country to California on the Southern route, and back through the Rockies and Midwest.

I have to stay true to my roots. My first trip in my Mav will be to redneck Mecca, AKA Gatlinburg TN. I've been needing to play some mini-golf and eat Paula Deen's greens/fried chicken.

Since my Maverick should arrive in late April I think my first road trip will be somewhat local; a trip to Cape Cod, Newport Rhode Island, or maybe Portsmouth Maine.
Each location has a military base and Armed Forces Lodge we can stay in for the night...

I had hoped that it would be to the JPMP National Meetup in Branson in June, but I'm not scheduled yet. So not really sure now.

I'm hoping to get mine for a mid-July road trip to central Utah that we had planned last summer (before I decided to get the Maverick). I'm not scheduled yet though and I'm a late October EB order so I'm really hoping I have it by then.

That is what I enjoy the most about this little truck. It doesn't wear you out on long drives. I have a 30 mile commute every morning and I really just want to keep driving. And after work when I am tired, I still just want to take the long way home.
