It is absolutely normal. Everyone that is saying it's not needs to try the same thing with their own Maverick and realize that they all do that. There is absolutely no way to adjust it, it is how it's designed, just as @Castle666 shows in the diagrams. A dealer or a professional glass shop can do nothing.

Just talked to my dealer he said that was normal lol
This is why I said earlier I don’t like to mess with my dealer hopefully nothing ever goes wrong
Ford dealer acting as a Ford dealer 🤣

So I have a 2024 Ford Maverick hybrid love it, but I noticed that the other day when I was cleaning the back windows they move left and right also up and down 😵💫 i’m trying to add a video so you can see it
I just checked mine and they do the same maybe not as much. Maybe 1/8 to 1/4 in.

It's the tracks that limit the amount of rocking in these. Those of you who seem to know how these can be adjusted, please enlighten us. Show us how the dealer or professional glass shop adjust these.

I've worked on C-class chassis Fords for years, from Focus to Escape to Maverick and in-between, and they are all designed like this. It is NORMAL.

I just checked mine and they do the same maybe not as much. Maybe 1/8 to 1/4 in.
Due to the shape of the glass, how much it rocks in the tracks depends on how far it is rolled up. Generally they rock more the lower they are in the tracks.
