Control arms aren't covered under the power train warranty...

You probably need a new control arm assembly, since the bushings can't be replaced separately. The shaking from bad axles can wear out the bushings. Did you purchase an extended service plan?

Is making noise? How long did you drive it while it had shaking front end? How bad did the shaking get? Is your truck stock, or lifted/lowered? I installed a coilover kit, and dropped it right after I replaced tires and had the axles replaced. Haven't had any issues since.

It takes quite a bit of adjustment to get a decent ride, with a coilover kit. I adjusted spring preload to the recommended setting on the front struts, but had to keep adding preload (adjusted by turning locking collars to compress the spring) to get it to stop clunking sounds from the spring...
