Got my order in. Was told by Ford any 2023 model may still be manufactured and if started the 2024 order will automatically be cancelled. If not started, our 2024 order kicks in! Any changes are retro in price to the 2023 prices and the difference paid by Ford.

Letter is usually first initial of salesperson's last name and then how many orders they have put in for the year so far. However it is up to the individual dealer and they can set up the order number however they want.

Got mine at 7:03pm. Dealer said he had 35 carryovers from '23 that were a priority (being pushed to '24) and he had 10 new slots for '24. I got number 7 for my XL.
